Form 10-K HTML conversion starts with the approved annual-report manuscript and its companion files. The job is to reproduce instructed disclosure in the agreed presentation and package, not to decide what the registrant should disclose. A filing agent, financial printer or reporting team may need a complete conversion module, a table-heavy excerpt, source preparation or a controlled revision batch. Confirm that layer before quoting.
A 10-K formatting assignment may include Word styles, financial-statement tables, notes, exhibits and an internal table of contents. Full financial tagging and transmission are separate responsibilities. Public examples can support a production pilot; they do not establish competence in every annual-report situation.
Inputs that control the quote

10-K source-to-proof checks
Use a section map to account for every instructed narrative, table and exhibit. Reconcile headings, financial-statement column periods, totals, signs, currency units, per-share amounts and note markers. Check that a long table retains meaningful row/column relationships in the browser and in the agreed print proof. Test internal anchors and all referenced assets.
The production review also checks names, dates, signatures and package filenames against approved instructions. A reused annual-report structure can save work, but stale periods, missing notes and carried-forward assets remain risks. Keep a delta log and regenerate the proof from the exact changed package.
Tagging and LIVE filing remain separately controlled
Operating-company iXBRL tagging requires the applicable facts, contexts, units, dimensions, taxonomy relationships and qualified accounting/taxonomy review. A visually correct 10-K is not proof that extracted facts are correct. Do not advertise automatic conversion as complete financial tagging.
HTML delivery does not authorize a SEC filing. Authorized parties own submission metadata, TEST review, final package approval, LIVE instructions and acceptance closeout. Confirm your reviewer and actual production capacity before promising a full-document turnaround.

Begin with a public or synthetic table-heavy excerpt, one proof and one agreed correction round. Evaluate content fidelity, number checks, table structure, navigation, version control and measured effort. If the excerpt passes partner review, separately assess the full package and specialist requirements.
